Christian Life Group summer outing to West Cork 2009.
Kinsale & District Lions Club recently sponsored the Christian Life Group summer outing to West Cork.
In the reliable care of Ben Searls, fifty four senior citizens were coached from Kinsale to Dunmanway and onto Glengariff for refreshments. Later they returned via Bantry, and Bandon for shopping.
On their return they were joined by six more seniors for an excellent dinner served at Actons Hotel, which was very much appreciated after the long journey.
At the end of the evening May O'Leary thanked the Lions Club on behalf of the committee and members of Kinsale Christian Life Group.
Lion Fred Treacy, who was on hand to welcome the guests, responded.
